Tax regime

Limpido by Zbelthas operates under the Italian regime forfettario (or the standard regime ordinario, as applicable to the current tax year). Invoices are issued without VAT charge to consumers and B2B customers in Italy, in accordance with the rules of the chosen regime, and with the appropriate marker for EU and extra-EU customers per OSS / non-OSS treatment.

Payments processor

Payments for paid plans are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., with the receipt and the corresponding invoice metadata managed inside Stripe's billing portal. Limpido itself does not store payment card data on its own servers — see the Privacy Policy for the full data flow.

Returns and refunds

Conditions are described in the Refund Policy. Italian Consumer Code diritto di recesso applies as a matter of law to consumer purchases of digital goods, subject to the exceptions listed there.

Dispute resolution

Disputes related to purchases made through limpido.app can be brought to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform. In any case, the competent court for proceedings brought by a consumer is the court of the consumer's place of residence, in accordance with Italian and EU law.

Hosting & infrastructure

The website limpido.app, the marketing pages, and the licensing / authentication API run on Cloudflare (Workers, Pages, D1, R2, KV). Operational details are covered in the Privacy Policy.
