Refund Policy

We want you to be happy. Here is our refund policy, in plain words.

1. Statutory right (Italian / EU)

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under D.lgs. 206/2005 art. 52 for distance purchases. This right is waived only if you explicitly consent to immediate delivery of digital content and forfeit the right at checkout (art. 59 lett. o).

  • Did not tick the waiver: 14 days for a full refund, regardless of reason.
  • Ticked the waiver: statutory right does not apply — our commercial policy below does.

2. Our commercial policy

2.1 Lifetime license

30-day no-questions-asked refund. Email billing@limpido.app within 30 days. We refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.

2.2 Pro subscription

  • Cancel anytime; stops future renewals.
  • Monthly: no pro-rata refund for the current month.
  • Yearly: full refund within 30 days of purchase or renewal; after 30 days, no pro-rata unless required by law.

2.3 Hardware change / lost device

Self-service remove an inactive device from your dashboard. No refund needed — you continue using your license.

2.4 Software incompatibility

If Limpido does not install or run on your system and we cannot resolve it, we refund in full regardless of elapsed time.

3. Chargebacks

Please email us first. A chargeback costs us significant fees and triggers automatic license revocation.

4. How to request a refund

Send an email to billing@limpido.app including your order reference and the email used at purchase. We respond within 1 business day.

5. Currency and fees

Refunds are processed in the original transaction currency. Stripe fees are non-refundable to us; we absorb them.
